Olga Karan, CPA, CGA is a co-founder with over two decades of financial and strategic management experience in construction, business development and property management. Ms. Karan took her passion for business development and continued into several professional designations and certifications. She completed CFO certification in 2017 followed by CEO certification in 2019. After completing her Finance degree in Europe she graduated with with honors from Computerized Accounting and Administration Program.
July Ono is a co-founder with 17 years of real estate investment and management experience. She is excited about every aspect of it. She oversees investor relations and is excellent at funding projects. Ms. Ono provides onsite training to new hires in regional offices and takes on active property management role during transitions.
Steve Cain is a co-founder with over 25 years of real estate investment and management experience. Mr. Cain is passionate about investor returns and ensures high maintenance standards for existing properties. His background in R&D enables him to think outside the box for investment opportunities.
